| HKS offers an on-site comprehensive workflow analysis services to document and evaluate the client's current sequence of administrative and clerical procedures used to maintain patient records through progressive phases of health care. Recommendations may be offered to upgrade and streamline the client's processes, as well as noting any custom software configuration needed to incorporate unique procedures into the OTTR software.
