| HKS has reviewed the Meaningful Use Interim Final Rule, 42CFRPart412, and views our product line, OTTR™ and OTTRbmt™ as a potential EHR module that can meet some of the meaningful use criteria in our centers that utilize the product as a feeder system to the Enterprise Wide EHR. We do not view our products as Enterprise Wide solutions that can be used to satisfy all of the meaningful use criteria. |

| Additionally, our products have the capability to be customized in order to house the quality outcomes required by the meaningful use ruling. Reports and lists can also be generated which allow our users to extract the quality outcomes from our products for submission to Regulatory Agencies. |
