Oracle
HKS is a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork and provides first level support on the OTTR database that is created using the Oracle product.
Crystal Reports
The OTTR application supports Crystal Reports, a reporting tool from Business Objects that facilitates the creation of flexible, feature-rich reports and documents using the information stored in the OTTR database.
HKS bundles Crystal Reports Run Time with the OTTR application.
HKS has also created a series of Standard Clinical Reports using Crystal Reports that are included with the OTTR application.
HKS will, on a fee for services basis, create custom Crystal Reports for a client based on the client’s unique needs and specifications.
HKS provides first level support on all HKS Standard Clinical Reports and HKS created custom reports.
