Norma J. Hansen
Norma is Vice President and General Manager at HKS. She currently serves as Corporate Treasurer and finance manager, with additional management responsibilities in technical support and product development. Before coming to HKS, Norma was a principal in a successful start up company offering professional computer-related contract services to area businesses, including many of Omaha’s premier technology-based companies. Services included technical writing, training and project management.
Ms. Hansen’s previous work experience in data processing and the software industry began at Commercial Federal Bank in Omaha and includes eight years at Applied Communications, Inc., where she reached the position of Director of Technical Education and Publications. Active in professional organizations, she published and presented a paper on Managing Creative Employees.
She holds a B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with an emphasis in Decision Sciences. |
